It can be scary to have someone else control your computer, but it is relatively safe using an app like Team viewer
You can see everything that I do and you can close out of the session if you want
I use Teamview because it is easy to install and easy to use
Once you get it installed, and it is online, I can connect to you
After the remote session, I can provide you instructions on deleting the app for your peace of mind
