I coached on a national level in Holland and coached a junior national crew (junior men 2-) on the Coupe de la Jeunesse
I´ve also been Head Coach of the Singapore Rowing Assosiation for half a year
I will watch your video, analyse it and give you a drill to improve your technique
I will focus on the most limiting factor of your technique
