As long as you submit an already edited (meaning proofread) file, my services via this service will insure that these concerns will not be issues
Formatting also includes professional title page, reader-friendly (clickable) table of contents, and other pages like Acknowledgments and inserting submitted cover page
Due to Kindle's current technology, unless you create your own clickable table of contents, the TOC that I format for you will come directly after the cover image
