I have 3+ years of experience working in OOP - MVC PHP developer
With good experience in custom code along with PHP MVC like Zend Framework 1x , CakePHP2 and CodeIgniter
5$ is hourly rate, trust me, it is cheapest, so no bargain
I will not calculate time for sending / receiving emails and consultancy, charges will be for coding and research only
You will be required to hire me for atleast 5 hours of work
I am an established user of Stackoverflow and can assist you in any research related work as well
