I will create a dynamic contact form for your website
I will create a jQuery contact form for your website (up to 4 fields per service)
It will send the message via Ajax, so the page won't reload
Your hosting must support PHP in order to send the e-mail
If you want I will also add this form to your page, free of charge
I can also do any kind of work regarding jQuery (lots of years of experience), like fixing errors, animating elements in your page and menus, image slideshows, --- change website CSS style based on current time, day or night --- and much more
If you need a custom job, please send me a message before so I can tell you how long it will take to finish your project
