Click here for more detailsI will give you ideas on how to grow your business, or tackle other business problemsI have years of experience advising companies on how to innovate and grow
I've worked with start-ups through to industry leaders on how to find new customers, launch new products and services, branch off into new business entirely - and have done this across most industries you could think of including retail and consumer products, media and telecoms, technology, financial services and healthcare
I've found the first hour of thinking of about a new problem often brings out the best ideas
Of course, you need to spend time after refining these and exploring different options, thinking about practicality and planning how to carry out a new course of action - but the crux of the solution most often comes very quickly
I will offer an hour of my time to generate ideas on how to grow your business, or to any other challenges you're facing, for $5 (if you want to work with me after, and you can, it will cost more)
I'll provide a written response outlining these ideas, and leave the door open if you want to discuss more
My ideas will range from relatively conservative to radical, and also options between these extremes
